Duvaucel’s Squirrel

Sciurus hypoleucus

Equal in size to the cat squirrel and bearing a long flat tail, this squirrel is rufous on the upper parts and outsides of the limbs. The nose, cheeks, throat, breast, flanks, abdomen, and central underside of the tail are white, and it is a native of Madagascar.
