Sherwin and Cope’s press
This press, otherwise called the Imperial Press, has been greatly modified and improved since its invention, but at the time of its introduction it was a vast improvement upon the press of Earl Stanhope. The works are almost entirely concealed within the head of the press, and are extremely few and simple, being the same as those of the Albion Press (q.v.).
