Felis uncia

This animal has a comparatively small head, short but powerful limbs, and a very long tail seemingly more bushy at the end than the base. Its livery is whitish rufous or grey, marked neither with stripes, rosettes, nor single spots, but with irregular or angular figures, the species once doubted yet now confirmed by a living example and a stuffed specimen.
