Pale-Headed Broadtail

Platycercus palliceps.

A New Holland species nearly allied in form, habit, and colour to the Nonpareil Parrot, differing chiefly in the head, breast, and belly, the rest of the plumage being almost precisely the same. Like the majority of its now extensive genus, it is a native of that country.
