Buff-Bodied Flycatcher

Hyliota flavigaster

A flycatcher whose male has deep glossy blue black upper plumage where the female is deep grey inclining to cinereous, with paler browner quills, long soft pure white rump feathers, and glossy black tail covers. In both sexes the wing covers are pure white and the under parts buff yellow, deepest on the breast and lightest in the female, the female showing whitish margins on quills and lateral tail feathers, bill and feet black, total length five inches.
